Balazs Kicks is one of the most iconic sneaker and streetwear brands in Hungary, with a huge presence among Gen Z — and over 800k TikTok followers to prove it. Despite already being a high-performing store with 1.7 billion HUF (~$4.6M) in annual revenue, they reached me out to see how much further we could push it.

In early 2024, I completely rebuilt their Shopify store from scratch. Since then, I’ve been responsible for every aspect of the site — from daily operations to ongoing development and CRO-driven improvements.
